Your Role – Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant
As an AP Accountant, you will:
Manage day-to-day accounts payable activities, including supplier invoices and employee expense claims
Prepare and follow up on payment runs to ensure timely supplier payments
Support monthly closing processes and reconcile general ledger accounts
Maintain accurate vendor master data and accounting records
Respond to internal queries regarding invoices, payments, and vendor accounts
Collaborate with shared service centers to resolve invoice issues
Monitor and report on outstanding payables
Ensure costs are correctly recorded and reporting deadlines are met
Assist with audits and internal control procedures
Your Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a related role
Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
