Dental Surgery Assistant – Experienced – Algiers, Algeria

We are currently seeking an experienced Dental Surgery Assistant to join a dental practice in Algiers, Algeria. The successful candidate will work closely with the lead dental surgeon, ensuring smooth operation of all surgical procedures. This position requires a minimum of one and a half years of proven experience in dental surgery assistance. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree or equivalent qualification in dental surgery assistance. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are considered strong assets for this role.

Key responsibilities include preparing surgical trays and instruments before each procedure, assisting the surgeon during extractions, implant placements, and other oral surgeries, ensuring proper sterilization and disinfection of all equipment, managing inventory of dental supplies and materials, providing post-operative care instructions to patients, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, coordinating appointment schedules and follow-up visits, and ensuring compliance with infection control standards.

The candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, strong attention to detail, effective communication with both patients and medical staff, reliability and punctuality, and a professional demeanor at all times.
