GO (formerly Goubba) is expanding its team and hiring a Customer Agent to join its operations in Hydra, Algiers. This role is ideal for a dynamic, client-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Customer Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries, requests, and concerns are handled promptly and professionally. Your responsibilities include welcoming customers, providing accurate information, managing client files, resolving complaints with empathy and efficiency, and collaborating across departments to maintain service excellence.
The ideal candidate must possess outstanding communication skills and a strong ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. Fluency in French is mandatory, along with at least three months of proven experience in customer service. Proficiency in standard office software and CRM tools is essential. You should be organized, proactive, energetic, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
