As the Program Coordinator, you will serve as the central engine of the IgniteHER initiative. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of training programs, community engagement, and the successful placement of participants into meaningful tech roles. You will work at the intersection of education, advocacy, and industry recruitment, ensuring that our participants gain both the technical confidence and the professional networks required to thrive.

Your core responsibilities will include:
- Orchestrating the full lifecycle of the IgniteHER training cohorts, from initial registration and onboarding to graduation and alumni networking.
- Coordinating complex training schedules in collaboration with Fanshawe Corporate Training Solutions, ensuring all digital and physical resources are prepared for learners.
- Managing stakeholder communications across multiple organizations, including the Gender Equality Coalition of Ontario, ensuring all partners are aligned on program KPIs.
- Monitoring participant progress through data-driven tracking, utilizing CRM tools to identify individuals who may require additional mentorship or technical support.
- Facilitating community engagement initiatives, including webinars, networking mixers, and guest speaker series featuring industry leaders in software development, cybersecurity, and data science.
- Developing and maintaining a database of industry partners to facilitate job placement opportunities for program graduates.
- Producing monthly impact reports that quantify program success, participant retention rates, and employment outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing the program’s digital presence and communication channels to drive recruitment and maintain community momentum.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in program coordination, community management, or non-profit project management.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com to track milestones.
- Strong command of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365 for high-level reporting and documentation.
- Experience using CRM platforms (such as HubSpot or Salesforce) to manage participant pipelines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, specifically the ability to engage with both corporate executives and entry-level learners.
- A deep understanding of the current landscape of the Canadian tech sector and the unique challenges faced by underrepresented groups.
