EURL IITC is a company operating in the HORECA sector (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafeteria). We are currently seeking motivated and dynamic professionals to strengthen our team in Dar El Beïda, Algiers. We are recruiting for the following positions: Buyer, Storekeeper, Stock Manager, and Purchasing Manager.

As a Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing products and services, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring the best value for the company. You will manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain strong relationships with vendors. Your role will also involve analyzing market trends and identifying new suppliers to diversify our supply chain.

As a Storekeeper, you will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving goods, organizing storage areas, and dispatching items to various departments. You will ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurately recorded and that the warehouse remains clean, safe, and compliant with internal procedures.

As a Stock Manager, you will monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and implement strategies to minimize waste and overstocking. You will use inventory management tools and software to track stock movements, generate reports, and forecast future needs based on consumption patterns and seasonal demand.

As a Purchasing Manager, you will lead the purchasing department, define procurement strategies, and supervise a team of buyers and storekeepers. You will be responsible for setting annual budgets, negotiating framework agreements with key suppliers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Across all positions, your core responsibilities will include managing purchases and supply operations, monitoring supplier performance, controlling and managing inventory levels, optimizing replenishment cycles, and ensuring product availability while strictly adhering to internal procedures.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a similar role within the HORECA, retail, or logistics sector. You must demonstrate a high level of rigor, a strong sense of organization, and the ability to take ownership of your tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, and familiarity with an ERP system is considered a strong advantage. You should also possess excellent teamwork skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
