Hiring Apprentice Tech – Computer Science (2026 Graduate Batch) in Munich
📍 Munich, Bavaria, GermanyFull-timeHybrid📅 11 juin 2026
Description du poste
TII Technologies GmbH is a leading European provider of digital transformation solutions, with 2,500 employees operating across 12 countries. We specialize in cloud infrastructure, SAP ERP implementations, IoT platforms and cybersecurity for the automotive, energy and logistics sectors. For our Munich headquarters, we are recruiting 12 dual vocational training apprentices (Ausbildung) in the tech field for the 2026 graduate batch, as part of our 3-year state-recognized apprenticeship program, with an 85% permanent hire rate for apprentices who successfully complete their certification.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As an apprentice tech, you will alternate between theoretical training at the Munich vocational school and practical hands-on experience in our cross-functional teams, working on real client projects from your first month. You will be supported by a dedicated senior engineer mentor who will follow your progress throughout the apprenticeship, and you will have the opportunity to rotate between different tech teams (cloud infrastructure, software development, ERP support, cybersecurity) to explore your interests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Participate in the deployment and maintenance of AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure for our industrial clients, ensuring 99.9% uptime and adhering to SLA targets, under the supervision of senior engineers.
2. Contribute to the development of front-end and back-end modules for our business applications using React, Node.js and Python, following Agile methodologies and achieving a minimum 80% unit test coverage for all code you produce.
3. Handle level 1 and 2 incidents for SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce solutions deployed at client sites, with a target first-contact resolution rate of 75% within agreed timeframes.
4. Contribute to the writing of technical documentation and user guides for deployed solutions, in full compliance with ISO 27001 information security standards.
5. Support cybersecurity audit activities by running vulnerability scans using Nessus and OpenVAS tools, and documenting identified gaps for remediation by senior team members.
6. Participate in daily team stand-up meetings and bi-weekly sprint reviews to provide updates on your task progress and flag any blockers to your mentor and team lead.
7. Update project tracking tools Jira and Confluence on a daily basis to document task status, hours worked and any obstacles encountered.
8. Complete a minimum of 120 hours of internal training per year on cloud tools, Agile methodologies and security best practices, with all training costs covered by the company.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & CULTURE
You will work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week at our modern Munich office in the Schwabing district and 2 days of remote work. Our teams are flat-structured, with no rigid hierarchy: you are encouraged to propose process improvements or new project ideas directly to department heads, and all contributions are recognized in quarterly team reviews. We organize monthly afterworks, internal hackathons and fully funded participation in major European tech conferences (AWS re:Invent, SAP TechEd, DockerCon) for top-performing apprentices. Our onboarding process includes a 2-week bootcamp to familiarize you with our tools and processes, and you will have access to a company laptop and all necessary software from day one.
