Role: Senior Manager – Partnerships & Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our leadership team as a **Senior Manager – Partnerships & Talent Acquisition**. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with placement officers, training and skill development institutes, NGOs, finishing schools, employability centers, and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will act as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of institutional partners, driving consistent talent pipelines and ensuring mutual value creation. This is a **remote position** based out of Maharashtra, with occasional travel required for partner meetings, campus events, and regional conferences.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new institutional partners including placement agencies, ITIs, polytechnics, universities, NGOs, and finishing schools across target regions including Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Noida.
Develop and execute partnership strategies to build a consistent and scalable talent pipeline of both freshers and experienced candidates across multiple domains including IT, BPO, customer service, and technical support.
Negotiate partnership terms, service-level agreements, and commercial arrangements with institutional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Telemerge's quality standards and business objectives.
Conduct regular partner performance reviews using CRM tools, tracking metrics such as candidate placement rates, conversion ratios, time-to-fill, and retention benchmarks.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth handoff of sourced candidates, timely interview scheduling, and feedback loops with partner institutions.
Represent Telemerge at campus hiring events, job fairs, industry conclaves, and seminars to strengthen brand visibility and attract new partnership opportunities.
Design and deliver orientation sessions and capacity-building workshops for partner institutions to improve candidate readiness, interview preparedness, and overall employability.
Maintain comprehensive records of all partner interactions, agreements, and pipeline data using Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
Prepare monthly and quarterly business review reports for senior leadership, highlighting partnership performance, market intelligence, and growth recommendations.
Stay updated on regional labor market trends, government skill development schemes (such as PMKVY, NSDC partnerships, and state-level employability programs), and competitor activities to inform partnership strategy.
Mentor and guide junior partnership executives, providing coaching on negotiation techniques, stakeholder management, and pipeline forecasting.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with exceptional relevant experience. Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, business development, partnership management, campus recruitment, or a related domain. Prior experience working with staffing firms, recruitment agencies, or educational institutions is highly desirable. Skills & Competencies:

Proven track record of managing institutional partnerships or channel relationships at scale.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences from college principals to NGO directors.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada is a significant advantage.
Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot for pipeline and partner management.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace for reporting and presentations.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel up to 20-30% of the time for partner visits, campus events, and regional meetings.

Technical Tools You Will Use

Salesforce CRM, Zoho Recruit, Microsoft Excel (advanced), Google Sheets, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Workable.
