The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Manager, Brand Value, CSR & Internal Communication to lead the strategic development and execution of brand positioning, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and internal communications across Orange Liberia. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role serves as the custodian of the brand's reputation and the architect of meaningful connections — both with external communities and internal teams. You will operate at the intersection of brand strategy, social impact, and employee engagement, ensuring that Orange Liberia's values are authentically represented in every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive brand value strategy that strengthens Orange Liberia's market positioning, increases brand awareness, and drives customer loyalty across all segments, including youth, enterprise, and rural communities.
Design, implement, and manage corporate social responsibility programs aligned with Orange Group's global CSR framework and Liberia's national development priorities, including digital inclusion, education, and environmental sustainability initiatives.
Lead the creation and distribution of internal communication content — including newsletters, leadership messages, intranet updates, and town hall presentations — to ensure consistent, transparent, and engaging communication with all employees across Monrovia and regional offices.
Manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and community engagement campaigns that reinforce Orange Liberia's commitment to positive social impact and cultural relevance.
Oversee brand performance metrics and CSR impact reporting, preparing quarterly dashboards and annual reports for senior leadership and the Orange Group headquarters.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Human Resources, Regulatory Affairs, and Network Operations to ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all departments.
Develop crisis communication protocols and serve as the primary point of brand reputation management during sensitive situations, working closely with the Legal and Public Relations teams.
Manage the CSR and communications budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and measurable return on investment for all initiatives.
Mentor and develop a team of brand, CSR, and communications specialists, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Represent Orange Liberia at industry events, CSR forums, and media engagements, positioning the company as a thought leader in telecommunications and social impact in West Africa.

Requirements

Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in brand management, corporate communications, or CSR, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team-lead capacity — preferably within the telecommunications, FMCG, or technology sectors.
Demonstrated track record of developing and executing multi-channel brand strategies and CSR programs with measurable community impact.
Strong understanding of the Liberian market, media landscape, and socioeconomic context.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local Liberian languages is a distinct advantage.
Proven ability to manage budgets, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver projects within tight deadlines.
Experience in crisis communication and reputation management in high-visibility industries.
