Safety Manager – Al Yasmin District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Fakeeh Care Group is currently hiring a Safety Manager to join its team in Al Yasmin District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of occupational health and safety across all facilities and operations within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive safety programs that align with Saudi Arabian regulations and international best practices.

As Safety Manager, you will lead risk assessments, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure compliance with local and international safety standards such as OSHA, NEBOSH, and ISO 45001. You will be expected to investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Your role will also involve training staff on emergency procedures, fire safety, hazard communication, and personal protective equipment usage.

The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in safety management within healthcare, construction, or industrial environments. Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, OSHA 30-Hour, or CSP are highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, Civil Defense requirements, and environmental regulations is essential.

Key responsibilities include developing safety policies and procedures, managing safety audits and inspections, coordinating with regulatory authorities, and maintaining accurate records of all safety-related activities. You will also be tasked with fostering a culture of safety awareness among employees at all levels and promoting continuous improvement in workplace safety performance.

The role is based in Al Yasmin District, Riyadh, and requires full-time on-site presence.
