Stock Controller - Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia

Fakeeh Care Group is currently hiring a Stock Controller to join its operations team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in ensuring accurate inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels, and supporting the seamless supply chain operations across healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock movements, conducting regular audits, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.

As a Stock Controller at Fakeeh Care Group, you will play a pivotal role in upholding inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Your daily responsibilities include tracking incoming and outgoing shipments, updating inventory management systems, generating stock reports, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. You will also collaborate closely with clinical and administrative departments to forecast demand, manage expiration dates for medical supplies, and support cost-control initiatives.

The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems. Experience in healthcare or hospital environments is highly preferred due to the specialized nature of medical inventory. A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field is required. Certification in inventory control or supply chain operations (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) will be considered a strong advantage.

Key responsibilities include maintaining real-time inventory records, performing cycle counts and physical stocktakes, identifying slow-moving or obsolete items, and recommending corrective actions. You will also assist in vendor coordination, support month-end closing procedures, and contribute to process improvement projects aimed at enhancing inventory turnover and reducing waste.

This position reports directly to the Inventory Manager and works cross-functionally with finance, procurement, and operations teams. The role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and strong communication abilities in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial but not mandatory.
