KBR, Inc. is hiring a Quantity Surveyor (Saudi National) in Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This is a direct recruitment opportunity for Saudi nationals to join one of the world’s leading engineering and construction firms.

As a Quantity Surveyor at KBR, you will play a critical role in managing all aspects of cost estimation, contract administration, and commercial oversight on large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing tender documents, evaluating contractor claims, conducting cost analysis, and ensuring compliance with project budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for engineering and construction projects.
- Review and evaluate contractor bids, proposals, and change orders.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Manage subcontractor agreements and payment certifications.
- Conduct risk assessments related to cost overruns and contractual disputes.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to optimize resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and contractual correspondence.
- Support dispute resolution processes through detailed documentation and analysis.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and international construction standards.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software such as CostX, Candy, or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a Saudi national.

Preferred Skills:
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is highly desirable.
- Experience working with EPC contractors on mega-projects in the Middle East.
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards and local regulatory requirements.
