Key competencies include advanced clinical assessment skills, proficiency in electronic health record systems, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary team environments. The candidate must exhibit a patient-centered approach, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural healthcare environment. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is considered a strong advantage.
