Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full spectrum of commercial operations, from market analysis and competitive intelligence to campaign management and client relationship development. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with clinical and operational departments, and present performance reports to senior leadership. The role also involves negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations and NEOM-specific guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial and marketing strategies tailored to the NEOM healthcare market
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with government entities, corporate clients, and insurance providers
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, SEO, and paid advertising
- Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints
- Lead pricing strategy development and revenue optimization initiatives
- Coordinate with clinical teams to develop service packages and promotional materials
- Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports for executive review
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and partners
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with Saudi FDA regulations and NEOM operational standards
- Mentor and develop junior marketing and commercial staff
- Represent Fakeeh Care Group at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare commercial management or healthcare marketing
- Strong background in strategic planning and business development within the Middle East market
- Expertise in digital marketing including Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million riyal budgets and deliver ROI-focused campaigns
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Knowledge of Saudi healthcare regulations, insurance frameworks, and medical licensing requirements
- Experience working within giga-projects or large-scale development environments is highly preferred
- Strong presentation and stakeholder communication abilities
- Familiarity with healthcare service marketing, patient acquisition strategies, and retention programs
- Project management certification such as PMP or Prince2 is an added advantage
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required
Experience Level: Senior-level position requiring minimum 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in commercial and marketing roles, with at least 5 years in healthcare or medical services industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is strongly preferred.
Contract Type: Full-time permanent position with competitive compensation package including housing allowance, transportation, annual flights, medical insurance, and performance-based bonuses.
