Abdulrahman Saad AlRashid & Sons Co. (ARTAR) is currently hiring a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This recruitment opportunity is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills, a polished professional demeanor, and the ability to manage front office operations with efficiency and grace.
As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and business partners, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a critical role in shaping the company's image and ensuring a welcoming environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting guests, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative support to various departments within the organization.
Key responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner, managing the reception area to ensure it remains clean and organized at all times, coordinating meeting room bookings, handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, maintaining visitor logs and security protocols, assisting with travel arrangements for staff members, preparing meeting agendas and minutes when required, and supporting the HR and administration teams with day-to-day operational tasks.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two to three years of experience in a similar front desk or receptionist role, preferably within a corporate or multinational environment. A bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Arabic is considered a strong advantage. Candidates must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of discretion when handling confidential information, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
Technical proficiency is also a key requirement. The candidate should be comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with office management software, telephone switchboard systems, and basic accounting or invoicing tools will be viewed favorably. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
