Nesma Infrastructure & Technology is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical to ensuring that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with both local and international regulations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of the BSP-380 KV project, working closely with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain rigorous quality assurance and quality control protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
As a Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality management systems and procedures across all phases of the project. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting regular site inspections, reviewing contractor submissions, verifying material compliance, and ensuring that all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes and standards. You will coordinate with third-party testing agencies, manage non-conformance reports, and drive corrective and preventive action processes to address any quality deviations promptly and effectively.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in quality management within infrastructure or construction environments, particularly in high-voltage electrical projects. You should possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Your role will also involve preparing comprehensive quality documentation, maintaining traceability records, and supporting internal and external audits to ensure continuous improvement in project quality performance.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and approving contractor quality plans, conducting material inspections upon delivery, monitoring welding and fabrication processes, verifying calibration of testing equipment, and ensuring proper documentation of all quality-related activities. You will also be expected to participate in project meetings, provide quality status reports to senior management, and contribute to the development of best practices and lessons learned for future projects.

Missions principales:
- Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans for the BSP-380 KV project
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and standards
- Review and approve contractor quality submissions, method statements, and material data sheets

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned documentation
Compétences requises:
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and quality assurance methodologies
- Proficiency in reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents
- Experience with non-conformance reporting and root cause analysis techniques
- Familiarity with high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects and associated quality standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in quality documentation management and reporting tools
- Ability to interpret and apply international codes and standards (IEC, IEEE, ASTM, ASME)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of welding inspection, material testing, and construction quality control processes
- Competency in using quality management software and Microsoft Office applications
Profil recherché:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality coordination or quality control within infrastructure, construction, or power projects
- Professional certification in quality management (CQA, CQE, or equivalent) is highly preferred
- Experience working on high-voltage substation or transmission line projects is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary team environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to quality management
- Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh and travel to project locations as required
