As a Senior Talent Analyst at Almarai, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's human capital strategy by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee development programs. You will work closely with HR business partners, talent acquisition teams, and senior leadership to identify workforce trends, forecast staffing needs, and develop analytical frameworks that support informed decision-making at every level of the organization.

Your core responsibilities will include designing and implementing advanced talent analytics models to assess recruitment effectiveness, employee retention patterns, and succession planning outcomes. You will be responsible for building comprehensive dashboards and reports using HRIS platforms and business intelligence tools, translating complex datasets into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Additionally, you will conduct workforce segmentation analysis, benchmarking studies, and predictive modeling to anticipate future talent requirements aligned with Almarai's ambitious growth trajectory.

The role demands a deep understanding of talent management lifecycle analytics, including time-to-fill metrics, quality-of-hire indicators, cost-per-hire optimization, and employee engagement correlation studies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the impact of HR programs and initiatives, providing evidence-based insights that drive continuous improvement in organizational performance and employee experience.

Key qualifications for this role include a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, with a master's degree being highly preferred. Candidates should possess a minimum of five to seven years of progressive experience in talent analytics, HR analytics, or workforce planning within large-scale organizations. Proficiency in HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM is essential, along with advanced skills in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.

Strong command of statistical analysis methods, including regression analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling, is required. Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data extraction and manipulation will be considered a significant advantage. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner.

Fluency in English is mandatory, with Arabic language proficiency being a strong plus. Candidates must exhibit a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working within the GCC region or in multinational FMCG companies will be viewed favorably.
