Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Project Coordinator / Employer Branding Specialist to join our growing Bratislava team. In this role, you will be at the intersection of HR program management, employer branding, and stakeholder engagement. You will coordinate certification projects, manage communications with participating companies, and help shape the narrative around what makes a workplace truly exceptional. This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the most recognized employers in the region, including global brands like Adesso, Amazon, Boehringer Ingelheim, DHL, and Frese, among many others. You will gain deep exposure to international HR standards, employer branding strategies, and cross-cultural project management.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end HR certification projects for participating companies across Slovakia, Czechia, Austria, Hungary, and Slovenia, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client organizations throughout the certification process, providing guidance on HR audit requirements, documentation standards, and benchmarking criteria.
Develop and execute employer branding campaigns across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, to promote certified Top Employers and their people-first workplace practices.
Create compelling content such as case studies, blog posts, press releases, and social media copy that highlights the achievements of certified organizations and their HR excellence.
Organize and manage events, webinars, and award ceremonies that celebrate certified Top Employers and foster knowledge sharing among HR professionals in the CEE region.
Analyze HR benchmarking data and survey results to identify trends, generate insights, and produce reports that inform future certification criteria and program development.
Collaborate with the global marketing and research teams to localize content, adapt global campaigns for regional audiences, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Support the development of new HR assessment frameworks and certification modules by providing regional expertise and feedback from local market participants.
Manage project budgets, track KPIs, and prepare regular status updates for senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability across all initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with HR associations, industry groups, and media partners to expand the Top Employers Institute's presence and influence in Central Europe.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in HR project coordination, employer branding, communications, or a related discipline within an international or multicultural environment.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Slovak or Czech is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of HR practices, employer branding concepts, and employee engagement strategies.
Experience with social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed, international team.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
