📍 Baltimore, MD, Linthicum Heights, MDFull-timeHybrid🏠 Télétravail📅 11 juin 2026

Description du poste

Cortiva Institute is a leading national provider of career-focused professional training, operating 12 campuses across the United States with a mission to equip students with the skills needed to launch successful careers in the fast-growing health, wellness, and esthetics sectors. Our programs—including massage therapy, esthetics, personal training, and medical assisting—boast a 92% graduate employment rate within six months of program completion, and we are committed to expanding access to high-quality training for diverse communities across the country. The Baltimore/Linthicum Heights campus, located in a modern 25,000 square foot facility, serves more than 600 active students annually and maintains strong partnerships with major local healthcare providers including Johns Hopkins Medicine, the University of Maryland Medical System, and regional wellness and spa chains.

We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Campus Director to lead all operations for our Baltimore/Linthicum Heights location, reporting directly to the Regional Director of Eastern Operations. This is a high-impact role for a leader who is passionate about student success, operational excellence, and building meaningful community partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, improving performance metrics, and fostering inclusive, supportive campus cultures.

In this role, your core responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing all daily campus operations, with measurable targets of an 85% student retention rate by the end of the first year of tenure, and a student satisfaction score of 4.2/5 or higher on semi-annual surveys.
2. Managing an annual operating budget of $2.2 million, implementing cost-saving measures to reduce operational expenses by 10% year-over-year without compromising program quality, and driving a 15% annual increase in student recruitment revenue.
3. Leading a cross-functional team of 25 staff members including instructors, administrative personnel, and student advisors, with a goal of 90% annual staff retention, through regular coaching, professional development opportunities, and transparent performance feedback.
4. Developing and maintaining partnerships with 15+ local healthcare, wellness, and esthetics providers to secure practical training placements for students, achieving a 95% placement rate for eligible students in required internship slots.
5. Ensuring full compliance with all Maryland state and federal regulations for private career schools, preparing and submitting all required annual reports to the Maryland Higher Education Commission on time, with zero compliance penalties during your tenure.
6. Leading student recruitment efforts for the Baltimore region, working closely with national marketing teams to implement targeted outreach strategies, and meeting annual enrollment targets of 350 new students.
7. Overseeing annual campus infrastructure investments of $150,000, prioritizing upgrades to training equipment, classroom technology, and student common areas to align with the latest industry standards for health and wellness training.
8. Analyzing monthly operational and academic performance data, producing quarterly reports for national leadership, and proposing data-driven strategic adjustments to improve key performance indicators.
9. Serving as the primary public face of the Cortiva Baltimore campus, representing the institution at local community events, industry conferences, and high school outreach programs to build brand awareness and drive enrollment.

The campus operates with a flat, collaborative leadership structure, and we prioritize work-life balance for all team members. This role offers a hybrid work model, with 3 days per week on-site at the Linthicum Heights campus and 2 days of remote work per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate evening or weekend events as needed. Our team culture is rooted in a shared commitment to student success, diversity, equity, and inclusion: 40% of our student body identifies as part of an underrepresented community, and we offer dedicated scholarship programs for low-income students. All staff are encouraged to contribute ideas to shape campus strategy, and we host monthly all-staff meetings to share performance updates and celebrate team achievements.

To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in higher education, professional training, or healthcare administration, with at least 2 years of experience managing a campus or multi-site educational operation. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required; a master’s degree in Education Leadership or Business Administration is strongly preferred. You must have proven experience managing multi-million dollar budgets, leading cross-functional teams, and developing local business partnerships. Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus, given that 15% of our Baltimore student population identifies as Hispanic. You must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and be willing to travel throughout the Baltimore region for partner meetings and community events.

You should be proficient in the following tools and platforms: Asana or Monday.com for project and operations tracking, Jira for issue resolution and workflow management, advanced Microsoft Excel for financial planning and analysis, Power BI for data visualization and performance reporting, Salesforce for student lead and recruitment tracking, and Google Workspace for cross-team collaboration.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual base salary between $95,000 and $120,000, depending on experience, plus an annual performance bonus of 10-15% of base salary tied to campus enrollment, retention, and student satisfaction targets. Benefits include 80% employer-paid health insurance, 20 days of paid time off per year plus 10 paid sick days, a $5,000 annual professional development stipend for conferences, certifications, or coursework, a $1,200 annual wellness benefit for personal health and wellness services, and a company-provided vehicle for professional travel. We also offer a 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% employer match.

Cortiva Institute is committed to internal career growth: successful Campus Directors are often promoted to Regional Director roles overseeing 3-5 campuses, or to national leadership positions in academic operations, student success, or partnership development. You will also gain access to our internal leadership development program, which includes quarterly mentorship sessions with members of the executive team and cross-campus networking opportunities with other campus directors across the country.

To apply, submit your resume and a brief statement outlining your relevant leadership experience to [email protected] no later than November 15, 2024. Application review will take place between November 16 and November 22, 2024, and shortlisted candidates will be contacted by November 25, 2024 to schedule a 30-minute initial phone screening with the Regional Director of Eastern Operations. The next step is a full on-site interview at the Baltimore campus with the senior leadership team and staff representatives, followed by a final interview with the Vice President of Campus Operations. All interview steps are expected to be completed by December 13, 2024, with formal job offers extended to the selected candidate by December 20, 2024. The preferred start date for this role is January 6, 2025, to align with the start of the spring academic term, though a slightly earlier start date can be negotiated for the right candidate.
