Our Baltimore/Linthicum Heights campus serves over 300 active students each year, partnering with more than 50 local healthcare providers to deliver clinical placement opportunities and ensure 92% of our graduates secure employment in their field within six months of program completion. We are currently seeking a strategic, results-driven Campus Director to lead our Baltimore/Linthicum Heights location, overseeing all end-to-end campus operations, student success initiatives, academic program delivery, and community partnerships to drive growth, uphold institutional accreditation standards, and deliver on our core mission of providing accessible, high-quality career training for individuals seeking to build sustainable careers in the healthcare and wellness space. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full campus operations including academic scheduling, facilities management, and day-to-day administrative functions to ensure seamless delivery of all Cortiva programs, with a target of 98% on-time class starts and 95% student satisfaction with campus services each academic term. You will lead enrollment management and student retention initiatives, working closely with admissions and student services teams to exceed annual enrollment targets by 10% year-over-year while reducing student dropout rates to below 8% per cohort. You will manage a campus budget of $2.5M+ annually, including forecasting, expense tracking, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility, with a target of 3% annual cost savings through operational efficiency improvements without compromising program quality. You will supervise a cross-functional team of 15+ campus staff including faculty coordinators, admissions advisors, student services specialists, and facilities personnel, providing performance coaching, professional development planning, and quarterly reviews to maintain a 90%+ employee retention rate. You will ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and accrediting body requirements including the Maryland Higher Education Commission, Middle States Commission on Higher Education, and Title IV financial aid regulations, conducting quarterly audits to maintain full accreditation status with zero major compliance findings. You will build and maintain strategic partnerships with local healthcare providers, wellness centers, and community organizations to expand clinical placement opportunities for students, targeting a 20% increase in local placement partnerships annually to support 100% of eligible students in securing required clinical hours. You will lead campus-wide student success initiatives, including academic support programming, career services coordination, and student engagement events, to achieve a 90%+ graduate employment rate in field within 6 months of program completion. You will represent Cortiva Institute at local community events, high school outreach programs, and industry networking functions to raise brand awareness and position the campus as a leading provider of healthcare career education in the Baltimore metro area. You will collaborate with the national academic and operations teams to roll out new program offerings, update curriculum to align with industry standards, and implement new campus technologies to improve operational efficiency and student experience. Required qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in Education Administration, Business Management, or a related field; 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in post-secondary education, with at least 3 years in a campus director, dean, or senior administrative role; a proven track record of improving enrollment, retention, and student outcomes at a higher education campus; strong knowledge of federal and state higher education regulations, including Title IV and accreditation standards; excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, staff, community partners, and regulatory bodies; and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, student information systems (such as PowerCampus or Ellucian), and campus operations management tools. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or Higher Education Administration, experience working in vocational or allied health education, proven experience developing clinical placement partnerships with local healthcare providers, and experience managing campus budgets of $2M+ annually. Required technical proficiency for the role includes experience with Student Information Systems (PowerCampus, Ellucian Banner), Microsoft Office 365 (Advanced Excel for budget forecasting, PowerPoint for stakeholder presentations, Teams for cross-team collaboration), Learning Management Systems (Canvas, Blackboard), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for admissions (such as HubSpot or Salesforce), Facilities Management Software for tracking maintenance and campus operations, and Compliance Tracking Tools for higher education accreditation and regulatory reporting. The Campus Director role comes with a competitive base salary ranging from $95,000 to $125,000 annually, adjusted for experience and qualifications, plus a performance-based annual bonus of up to 15% of base salary tied to campus enrollment, retention, and compliance targets. The hiring process for this role will proceed as follows: 1.
