We are expanding our Phoenix operational hub and hiring 12+ Manufacturing & Warehouse Operations Associates to join our day, second, and third shift teams, supporting end-to-end production and inventory workflows. This is a permanent, full-time role designed for candidates who prioritize safety, consistency, and long-term career growth in the industrial sector, with no prior specialized experience required for entry-level candidates as we provide full paid onboarding and role-specific training. Your core responsibilities will include: 1. Operating standard manufacturing equipment including CNC trim presses, conveyor belt systems, and pneumatic cutting tools to meet daily production quotas of 150–200 finished units per shift, with a target 98% first-pass quality rate. 2. Performing end-of-shift inventory counts for assigned warehouse storage zones, updating inventory management software (Fishbowl, SAP MM module) with 99% accuracy to support on-time order fulfillment for key accounts. 3. Conducting pre-shift safety inspections of assigned workstations, equipment, and warehouse aisles, identifying and reporting hazards within 15 minutes to the site safety lead to maintain a zero-accident work environment compliant with OSHA regulations. 4. Loading, unloading, and organizing palletized and bulk materials using pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts (full certification provided upon hire for uncertified candidates) to maximize warehouse space utilization and reduce material handling time by 10% per quarter. 5. Performing basic quality control checks on finished manufactured components, documenting defects in the company’s quality management system (QMS) and flagging recurring issues to production supervisors to reduce annual scrap rates by 5%. 6. Supporting cross-functional teams during seasonal inventory audits and client order surges, working scheduled overtime as needed to meet 24-hour order fulfillment SLAs for high-priority accounts. 7. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of manufacturing floors and warehouse storage areas per 5S workplace standards, completing daily end-of-shift cleanup tasks within 20 minutes of shift end to support safe, efficient workflows for all team members. Our Phoenix facility is a 120,000-square-foot climate-controlled manufacturing and warehouse space located near the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport corridor, with free on-site parking, a break room with complimentary snacks and coffee, and designated quiet zones for shift breaks. Our team uses a range of industry-standard tools and systems across all operations, with full training provided for all new hires: - Inventory management platforms: Fishbowl WMS, SAP Materials Management (MM) module - Manufacturing equipment: CNC trim presses, conveyor belt systems, basic pneumatic cutting tools - Quality management systems: Internal QMS software for defect tracking and production reporting - Safety compliance tools: OSHA 10/30 training resources, internal incident reporting platforms - Warehouse equipment: Pallet jacks, sit-down forklifts (certification provided for uncertified hires) - Basic digital documentation tools: Microsoft Excel for shift reporting, internal communication platforms (Slack, Microsoft Teams) All permanent full-time Manufacturing & Warehouse Operations Associates at CloudRay’s Phoenix site receive a competitive starting hourly wage of $18.50–$22.00 per hour, based on relevant experience and shift assignment, with a $1.00 per hour premium for second and third shift roles. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance available on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment, a 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% company match after 6 months of tenure, 10 paid vacation days and 6 paid sick days per year, plus 6 paid company holidays. We also offer tuition reimbursement for up to $5,000 per year for team members pursuing degrees or certifications in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or related fields, as well as referral bonuses of $1,000 for employees who refer new hires that stay with the company for 90 days.
