📍 Phoenix, Arizona, USAFull-timeOn-site📅 11 juin 2026
Description du poste
CloudRay Inc. is a fast-growing industrial manufacturing and logistics firm serving clients across the southwestern United States, specializing in precision aerospace components and B2B last-mile supply chain solutions. Our 120,000 square foot Phoenix, Arizona facility is a core operations hub that processes 1.2 million units annually for defense, commercial aviation, and e-commerce partners, and we are expanding our operations team to support 30% year-over-year growth. We are hiring 12 Manufacturing and Warehouse Operations Specialists for our Phoenix, AZ on-site facility, ideal for candidates who prioritize safety, reliability, and want to build long-term career stability in a hands-on, non-corporate work environment. Unlike temporary or temp-to-hire roles with limited benefits, this is a permanent full-time position with a full benefits package available from day 45 of employment. Key measurable responsibilities for this role include: 1. Execute end-to-end warehouse inventory management using RFID tracking and SAP ERP, achieving 99.5% inventory accuracy across 50,000+ SKUs stored in temperature-controlled and standard storage zones, conducting weekly cycle counts to resolve discrepancies within 24 hours of identification. 2. Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, as well as pallet jacks, to move raw materials, finished aerospace components, and outbound shipments, maintaining zero damaged goods incidents during transport per OSHA material handling guidelines. 3. Support manufacturing line workflows by staging raw materials for CNC machining and assembly teams, ensuring production schedules are met 98% of the time with no material shortage delays. 4. Conduct pre-shift safety inspections of all powered industrial equipment and work zones, documenting hazards in our safety management system and completing corrective actions within the same shift to maintain our 2-year OSHA recordable injury-free streak. 5. Pick, pack, and label outbound customer orders per B2B and B2C shipping requirements, processing 150+ orders daily with a 100% on-time dispatch rate for all priority client shipments. 6. Perform quality control checks on incoming raw materials and finished products, identifying and flagging defects per AS9100 aerospace quality standards, and logging all non-conforming items in our quality management system for resolution within 4 hours. 7. Cross-train with logistics and manufacturing teams to support surge periods, including holiday peak seasons where we process 2x standard daily order volume, with optional overtime paid at 1.5x base rate for hours over 40 per week. Our Phoenix facility operates 24/7 with three shift options: 6am-2:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, and 10pm-6:30am, all with 30-minute paid breaks and a 1-hour unpaid lunch. We prioritize a low-turnover, supportive work environment: 62% of our current operations team has been with CloudRay for 3+ years, and we promote from within for all team lead and supervisor roles. We have a dedicated safety committee made up of frontline workers that meets monthly to address operational concerns, no mandatory overtime except for pre-agreed peak periods, and a break room with free snacks, coffee, and on-site parking at no cost for all employees. We also host quarterly team building events and annual free skills training for all warehouse and manufacturing staff. We are seeking reliable candidates who can pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening, lift 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for 8-hour shifts, and follow written and verbal instructions in English. Prior experience operating forklifts is preferred, but we offer free paid certification for candidates without prior forklift experience. No prior aerospace manufacturing experience is required, as we provide full on-the-job training for all processes and software used on site. You will be trained to use real industry-standard tools including SAP ERP for inventory and order management, RFID inventory tracking systems, OSHA-compliant powered industrial equipment, and AS9100 quality control protocols. Prior experience with any of these tools is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates. Compensation starts at $18.50 per hour for entry-level candidates with no prior experience, and $21.75 per hour for candidates with 2+ years of relevant warehouse or manufacturing experience, with a $0.50 per hour shift differential for all night shift workers. All permanent full-time employees are eligible for benefits starting on day 45 of employment, including medical, dental, and vision insurance with 80% of premiums covered by CloudRay, 401(k) matching up to 4% of salary, 10 paid vacation days per year (increasing to 15 after 2 years of service), 8 paid sick days, and 6 paid company holidays. We also offer tuition reimbursement for vocational certifications related to logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain management, up to $5,000 per year. CloudRay has a clear internal career path for operations staff: after 1 year of strong performance, you can be promoted to Team Lead with a 15% pay increase, after 2 years you can move into Supervisor roles with additional paid time off and benefits, and we support internal transfers to our logistics, quality control, or manufacturing engineering teams if you want to specialize in a specific area. All training for promotions, including forklift certification, OSHA 30 training, and SAP ERP certification, is fully paid for by the company. Our hiring process is designed to be fast and transparent: after you submit your resume via our LinkedIn application link or email to [email protected], our recruiting team will review your application within 2 business days. If selected for an interview, you will be invited to a 30-minute on-site interview at our Phoenix facility, followed by a 15-minute facility tour if you move to the next round. We aim to extend job offers within 5 business days of the final interview, with start dates available within 2 weeks of offer acceptance.
