Description du poste

Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. is a well-established energy distribution leader with over 20 years of experience across the Asia-Pacific region, operating more than 500 service stations, fuel storage facilities, and maritime and land logistics networks. As part of its global expansion strategy, the group has launched its U.S. hub based in Phoenix, Arizona, focused on serving commercial fleets, Southwest U.S. service stations, and developing low-carbon energy offerings for industrial and residential clients across the region. We are currently hiring an Operations and Energy Transition Manager for our Phoenix, Arizona office. This role is at the core of our U.S. growth strategy: you will be responsible for optimizing the full value chain of our conventional and renewable fuel distribution activities, coordinating with our logistics teams, ensuring compliance with all U.S. regulations, and rolling out our new electric vehicle (EV) charging station and biofuel offerings. Your core responsibilities will include: 1. Oversee end-to-end fuel distribution operations (gasoline, diesel, kerosene) for 12 service stations and 3 storage depots serving the Southwest United States, guaranteeing a 98% tank fill rate and a delivery time of under 24 hours for 95% of customer orders. 2. Manage regulatory compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA): conduct 12 compliance audits per year, train 100% of on-site operational staff on HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards every semester. 3. Coordinate the supply chain with our fuel suppliers and logistics providers: reduce transportation costs by 5% annually, cut delivery delays by 15% over a 12-month period. 4. Lead the deployment of 25 new electric vehicle charging stations across our service station sites by the end of fiscal year 2025, adhering to the allocated $2.2 million budget and commissioning deadlines. 5. Analyze operational data using SAP S/4HANA and Tableau: produce 4 monthly operational performance reports, identify at least 3 improvement areas per quarter to reduce operational costs by 3% annually. 6. Manage a team of 15 employees (station managers, logistics leads, maintenance technicians): implement an individual skills development plan for each team member, achieve a 90% employee retention rate over 2 years. 7. Collaborate with commercial teams to develop low-carbon fuel offerings (biofuels, synthetic fuels) for our industrial clients: reach $1.5 million in revenue from these offerings within 12 months. 8. Liaise with local and state energy authorities: participate in 8 industry consultation meetings per year with Arizona energy sector stakeholders to anticipate regulatory changes and position Phoenix Petroleum as a key player in the regional energy transition. We offer a collaborative, innovation-focused work environment centered on social responsibility. Our operational teams work closely with our R&D departments based in the Philippines to test new energy solutions tailored to the U.S. market. We prioritize continuous learning: every employee receives an annual $2,000 professional development budget, and we offer mentorship programs with senior leaders across our Asia and U.S. offices. We value profile diversity: our U.S. team includes colleagues from 12 different nationalities, and we are committed to equal opportunity for all applicants. On-site working conditions include adapted locker rooms, rest areas, and high-quality personal protective equipment for all operational missions. Candidate requirements: Bachelor's degree minimum in Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics or a related field; a specialized Master's degree in Energy is a strong asset. 5+ years of experience in the energy distribution, fuel logistics or industrial operations sector, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role. Full professional fluency in written and spoken English; Spanish language proficiency is an asset for interacting with Spanish-speaking logistics teams in the region. In-depth knowledge of U.S. regulations related to fuel distribution, environmental protection (EPA) and occupational safety (OSHA). Proven experience using SAP S/4HANA, Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and fleet delivery tracking software. Ability to analyze operational data and propose measurable improvement initiatives. Excellent communication and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Valid U.S. driver's license, and ability to travel to operational sites across the Phoenix region. We offer a competitive compensation package aligned with your experience, with an annual base salary between $85,000 and $110,000, supplemented by an annual bonus of up to 15% of base salary based on team performance and achievement of growth targets. Benefits include: 80% coverage of health insurance premiums for you and your family, 20 days of paid annual leave plus 10 days of sick leave, a retirement savings plan with 5% employer matching of your salary, free access to the company's EV charging stations for your personal vehicle, coverage of travel expenses for on-site missions, and the option to work remotely 2 days per week after the 3-month onboarding period. We also offer international mobility opportunities: high-performing employees may be assigned to roles in our offices in the Philippines, Singapore or Europe to develop their skills across diverse energy markets. This role is a springboard to evolve into regional operations leadership for the entire Southwest United States, or Head of Energy Transition for all of Phoenix Petroleum's U.S. activities. We support every employee's development: you will receive personalized mentorship from a senior company executive, and can access fully funded certified training programs in the energy sector (EPA certifications, energy project management certifications). The recruitment process is completed in 4 steps over a total duration of 3 weeks: 1.
