📍 Phoenix, ArizonaFull-timeOn-site📅 11 juin 2026
Description du poste
CloudRay Inc. is a fast-growing logistics and manufacturing partner based in Phoenix, Arizona, serving clients across the semiconductor, e-commerce fulfillment, and industrial technology sectors since 2018. Operating a 120,000 square foot state-of-the-art warehouse and manufacturing facility in central Phoenix, we specialize in the assembly, storage, and distribution of high-precision electronic components, with a track record of 99.8% on-time delivery for our regional and national clients. We are currently expanding our operations team and hiring dependable Manufacturing Warehouse Associates to join our day, afternoon, and night shifts, with immediate openings available for candidates who prioritize safety, accuracy, and consistent performance.
In this role, you will be an integral part of our end-to-end supply chain operations, supporting both warehouse logistics and light manufacturing workflows. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Operating industrial equipment including certified forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and belt conveyor systems to move raw materials and finished goods across the facility, maintaining a 0% incident rate for all material handling tasks and adhering to strict load capacity and safety protocols.
- Conducting quality control inspections on all incoming shipments of electronic components and outgoing customer orders, identifying and documenting defects, damage, or discrepancies with 98%+ accuracy to reduce client return rates and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Picking, packing, and staging customer orders for same-day, next-day, and regional delivery, meeting daily productivity targets of 120+ units per hour while adhering to strict cut-off times for shipment dispatch.
- Maintaining accurate, real-time inventory records using our cloud-based Warehouse Management System (WMS) and handheld barcode scanners, conducting weekly cycle counts of high-value stock with a variance rate of less than 0.5% to eliminate stockouts and overstock scenarios.
- Following all OSHA safety guidelines and company 5S workplace organization standards, completing daily pre-operation equipment checks, attending monthly mandatory safety training sessions, and reporting hazards immediately to maintain our zero-accident workplace record.
- Supporting manufacturing floor operations by preparing raw material kits for assembly lines, restocking workstations with required components, and moving finished subassemblies to designated warehouse storage areas, reducing average production downtime by 15 minutes per shift.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including logistics coordinators, quality assurance specialists, and production managers to resolve order discrepancies, address supply chain delays, and implement small, incremental process improvements that reduce overall order fulfillment time by 10% each quarter.
- Receiving and unloading incoming delivery trucks, verifying shipment contents against purchase orders and supplier packing slips, and documenting any shortages, damages, or incorrect items for follow-up with vendors.
- Performing routine cleaning and organization of warehouse and manufacturing workspaces to adhere to 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) methodology, ensuring all walkways, workstations, and storage areas remain clear of hazards and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks including seasonal inventory audits, equipment maintenance support, and cross-training for adjacent warehouse roles to build team flexibility and coverage for absences.
Our Phoenix facility offers a supportive, low-micro-management work environment with a strong focus on employee safety and recognition. All shifts include two paid 15-minute breaks and one paid 30-minute lunch break, with access to a fully stocked break room with complimentary snacks, coffee, and seating. Our team operates on a collaborative structure where feedback is welcomed from all employees, regardless of tenure, and we prioritize promoting from within for all leadership and specialist roles. All required personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and high-visibility vests are provided free of charge to all new hires, and we offer on-site forklift certification training for employees who wish to expand their skill set.
To qualify for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment, and a valid state-issued ID. You must be comfortable standing for 8-hour shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and working in a temperature-controlled environment that ranges from 65°F to 75°F year-round. Preferred qualifications include a current OSHA forklift certification, experience using Warehouse Management Systems (such as Fishbowl, NetSuite, or SAP EWM), and prior experience working with electronic components or high-value inventory. We prioritize candidates who are punctual, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment, and committed to following safety protocols at all times.
In terms of compensation and benefits, this permanent full-time role offers an hourly rate between $18 and $22 USD, adjusted based on relevant experience and certifications. All full-time employees are eligible for a monthly safety bonus of up to $200 for maintaining a zero-accident work record, plus overtime pay at 1.5x your regular hourly rate for all hours worked over 40 per week. After completing your 90-day probationary period, you will be enrolled in our group health insurance plan (medical, dental, and vision) with 80% of premium costs covered by CloudRay, plus access to a 401(k) retirement plan with a 3% employer match. You will also receive 10 paid vacation days per year, 7 paid sick days, and all company-observed holidays off. We offer flexible shift scheduling options to accommodate personal commitments, and a $500 employee referral bonus for any candidate you recommend who is hired and remains with the company for at least 90 days.
Career growth opportunities at CloudRay are robust: 60% of our current operations leadership team started as warehouse associates, and we offer tailored professional development paths for employees who wish to move into roles including Shift Supervisor, Inventory Control Specialist, Logistics Coordinator, or Production Manager. We cover all costs for relevant external certifications, including forklift operator certifications, supply chain management courses, and OSHA advanced safety training, and offer quarterly performance reviews with clear, transparent criteria for promotion.
