Description du poste

CloudRay is a leading industrial manufacturer and logistics provider specializing in components for the aerospace, automotive, and renewable energy sectors, based in Phoenix, Arizona since 2015. Our 12,000 m² warehouse, located in the Phoenix industrial area near the I-10 highway, processes more than 2,000 orders per week for clients across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We have recorded 32% year-over-year business growth over the past two years, and are recruiting 15 full-time Manufacturing Warehouse Operations Associates to strengthen our production and logistics teams.

We are hiring for a permanent, full-time Manufacturing Warehouse Operations Associate position based in Phoenix, Arizona. You will join a 45-person operations team reporting to the warehouse supervisor, and will work across the full production chain, from raw material reception to finished goods shipping, while ensuring strict compliance with quality and safety standards.

Your core responsibilities will include:
1. Manage and optimize the production line flow for aluminum and polymer industrial components, ensuring an order preparation error rate below 0.5% across all shifts, in full compliance with ISO 9001 quality procedures.
2. Operate 5-ton capacity forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move raw material lots and finished goods, respecting weight limits and defined storage areas, to reach a target of 80 movements per 8-hour shift.
3. Perform systematic quality controls on 20% of daily production lots, using precision measuring tools (calipers, thickness gauges) to identify defects, and declare non-conformities in the SAP EWM system within 15 minutes of detection.
4. Participate in weekly rotating inventory of the 12,000 m² warehouse, using Zebra TC52 scanners and Fishbowl inventory management software, to guarantee a minimum stock accuracy rate of 98%, and resolve any discrepancies within 2 hours of identification.
5. Strictly comply with OSHA safety standards, wearing required personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety shoes, cut-resistant gloves) at all times, and report any hazard or incident within 10 minutes of discovery, to maintain a workplace accident rate below 1 per 100,000 hours worked.
6. Collaborate with the production planning team to adjust order preparation priorities based on client deadlines, using the Monday.com planning tool, to guarantee on-time delivery of 97% of client orders.
7. Participate in weekly continuous improvement meetings, submitting at least one actionable suggestion per month to optimize handling or storage processes, and test these suggestions over a 2-week period to evaluate their impact on team efficiency.
8. Host and train 2 to 3 new associates per month on safety procedures, Zebra TC52 scanner use, and standard handling rules, to guarantee their full operational autonomy after 5 days of on-the-job training.
9. Perform regular cleaning and preventive maintenance of your work area and used equipment (forklifts, scanners), following the site maintenance program, to reduce unplanned equipment downtime by 10% year over year.

Free parking is available for all staff, and the site is accessible via public transport (bus line 13 stops 5 minutes' walk from the main entrance). The team is young and collaborative, with a turnover rate of only 12% over the past 3 years, well below the industry average for warehouse roles. Managers are accessible and encourage all staff to submit improvement ideas, with a formal reward system for ideas that are adopted and deliver measurable efficiency gains.
