Description du poste

CloudRay is a fast-growing industrial manufacturing and logistics firm headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, specializing in precision-machined components for the aerospace, renewable energy, and consumer electronics sectors. Operating a 120,000 square foot climate-controlled production and distribution facility in the heart of Phoenix’s industrial corridor, we serve more than 120 commercial clients across the Southwest United States, and are currently scaling operations to support a 30% increase in production volume for Q4 2024 and into 2025. Our team of 75+ employees prioritizes safety, transparency, and internal growth, with a 92% employee retention rate over the past 3 years, and 70% of our leadership roles filled by internal promotions.

We are hiring 8 full-time Manufacturing Warehouse Specialists to join our Phoenix operations team, supporting end-to-end workflows across our production floor, warehouse, and shipping departments. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience, as well as entry-level candidates who are reliable, safety-focused, and eager to build a long-term career in industrial operations. We provide all required equipment, safety gear, and paid certification training for eligible candidates.

Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and precision material handling equipment to transport raw materials, in-progress production components, and finished customer orders across the facility, maintaining a 98% on-time internal transfer rate to avoid production line delays.
- Conduct pre-shift safety inspections of all assigned equipment and work zones, identifying and resolving 100% of observed hazards before the start of each production shift, in full alignment with OSHA 29 CFR 1910 safety standards.
- Manage inventory tracking for 2,000+ SKUs of raw materials and finished goods using Fishbowl inventory management software, performing weekly cycle counts to maintain a 99.5% inventory accuracy rate, with a goal of reducing stockout and overstock incidents by 15% quarter-over-quarter.
- Stage required raw materials for 12 active production cells, ensuring all components are available within 10 minutes of a line request to minimize unplanned production downtime.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods per ISO 9001:2015 quality standards, documenting any defects to achieve a 97% or higher defect catch rate.
- Coordinate inbound receiving and outbound shipping operations with third-party logistics (3PL) partners, processing 40+ shipments per week, and maintaining a 98% on-time shipping rate for all customer orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment by completing end-of-shift 5S audits for assigned zones, ensuring all walkways, emergency exits, and equipment storage areas meet company safety and compliance requirements.
- Document all daily operational activities, inventory adjustments, and incident reports in our cloud-based NetSuite record-keeping system, submitting 100% of required documentation within 1 hour of task completion to support internal and external audit readiness.
- Collaborate with the operations management team to identify process improvement opportunities, contributing to at least 2 lean manufacturing initiatives per quarter to reduce operational waste and improve overall workflow efficiency by a minimum of 5%.

Our Phoenix facility offers a supportive, safety-first work environment, with climate-controlled workspaces, dedicated break areas with complimentary coffee and snacks, free on-site parking, and a no-tolerance policy for unsafe work practices. We offer flexible scheduling options for eligible employees, and never require mandatory overtime without 2 weeks’ advance notice. Our team holds regular weekly huddles to share updates, recognize top performers, and gather feedback on operational processes, and we host quarterly team building events for all staff.

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics role is preferred, but reliable candidates with no prior experience who are willing to complete required training are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout a 10-hour shift, and stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license (company provides paid forklift certification training for candidates without prior forklift operating experience).
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety procedures, and inventory documentation in English.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work a rotating shift schedule (6am-4pm or 2pm-12am, Monday through Friday, with voluntary overtime available at time-and-a-half pay for eligible shifts).
- Basic computer literacy to navigate inventory management and record-keeping software.

Preferred technical skills and experience include proficiency with Fishbowl or similar inventory tracking platforms, familiarity with NetSuite ERP systems, experience with lean manufacturing 5S methodologies, and current OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
