Description du poste

Wise Staffing Group is a leading U.S. staffing and recruitment firm with 15 years of experience connecting businesses of all sizes to qualified talent and providing tailored HR solutions. Operating across multiple U.S. markets with a 92% client retention rate and a network of over 3,000 partner companies, we are expanding our Southwestern operations and seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our Phoenix, AZ territory.

### Role Overview
As Area Sales Manager for the Phoenix market, you will act as the primary commercial representative for our brand in the metropolitan Phoenix area and surrounding counties. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a portfolio of existing B2B clients, prospecting new accounts, and leading a team of 8 recruitment consultants dedicated to this territory. This is a results-driven management role that offers significant autonomy to organize your work schedule and strategy to meet and exceed your objectives.

### Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a territorial sales strategy for the Phoenix market, targeting a minimum 20% annual revenue growth over the first 12 months, aligned with company commercial targets.
2. Manage a portfolio of 50+ existing business clients across key local sectors (logistics, healthcare, technology, hospitality, professional services), maintaining a minimum 90% client retention rate through regular follow-ups and customized service adjustments.
3. Prospect and sign 15 new client contracts per quarter, ranging from SMEs to large corporate accounts, negotiating competitive pricing while preserving company margins of at least 35% per contract.
4. Supervise a team of 8 recruitment consultants, providing ongoing training on sales and recruitment best practices, setting individual weekly performance targets, and hosting biweekly check-ins to ensure team objectives are met.
5. Analyze monthly commercial performance data using Salesforce CRM and internal dashboards, identifying improvement areas and adjusting sales strategy to reduce the sales cycle by 15% annually.
6. Attend a minimum of 2 local professional events per month (job fairs, business networking events, industry meetups) to boost brand awareness in the Phoenix market and generate new client leads.
7. Collaborate with the internal operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery, resolving client complaints within a maximum 48-hour window to maintain a minimum 95% client satisfaction rate.
8. Build quarterly and annual revenue forecasts for the Phoenix territory, presenting these forecasts to executive leadership during monthly performance review meetings.
9. Launch innovative client loyalty programs (volume discounts, free HR consulting services) to increase average revenue per client by 10% over the year.
10. Conduct regular competitive intelligence monitoring of the Phoenix staffing market, identifying competitor offerings and adjusting service packages to maintain a competitive edge.

### Work Environment & Culture
You will be based in our Phoenix office, with regular travel across the metropolitan area to meet clients and your team. The role offers hybrid flexibility: you may work remotely 1 day per week for administrative and reporting tasks, but client meetings and team management activities are primarily conducted in person. A company vehicle and fuel card are provided for all professional travel, along with a laptop and professional mobile phone. Our culture prioritizes sustainable performance over unnecessary pressure: we do not enforce mandatory overtime outside of standard business hours, and we organize regular team events to foster collaboration. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Director for the Southwest, and work closely with the headquarters operations team to align service delivery with client expectations.

### Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management position, preferably in the staffing, recruitment, or B2B services sector. You must have in-depth knowledge of the Phoenix economic landscape and the primary industries operating in the region. A valid driver's license is required, as the role involves regular travel across the territory. You are autonomous, results-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to build long-term trusting relationships with clients and effectively manage a team. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Spanish is a strong asset given the demographic makeup of the Phoenix market. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent professional experience will be considered.

### Technical Skills
You must be proficient in Salesforce CRM for client portfolio management and opportunity tracking, and HubSpot for prospecting and lead management. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required for data analysis and performance reporting, and you must be comfortable using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom for internal and external meetings. A basic understanding of U.S. labor law, particularly regarding temporary and permanent employment contracts, is required to accurately address client needs.

### Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a competitive base salary of up to $115,000 per year, adjusted based on your professional experience and past performance. In addition to the base salary, you will receive uncapped weekly commissions, allowing you to significantly increase your earnings based on your results. On average, Area Sales Managers at Wise Staffing Group earn between $150,000 and $220,000 per year when combining base salary and commissions. The full benefits package includes: 80% coverage of health insurance premiums for you and your dependents, 15 days of paid vacation per year plus public holidays, 10 days of paid sick leave, participation in the company's profit-sharing plan, company vehicle with fuel card for professional travel, all necessary IT equipment provided, and full coverage of training costs for professional development courses related to sales, management, or staffing. We also offer a flexible work schedule to allow you to organize your week according to your client and team obligations.

### Career Growth Opportunities
Wise Staffing Group is experiencing rapid growth, with plans to open 5 new offices in the Southwestern United States over the next two years. As a high-performing Area Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to advance to a Regional Sales Director position, overseeing multiple territories and larger teams, or to a National Key Accounts Manager role, managing relationships with our largest national clients. The company also offers a dedicated mentorship program with senior leaders to support your career development, and internal promotion is prioritized for all vacant management positions.
